ORDERING GUIDELINES
1. U.S. & Canadian customers may place orders
via our website, by email to sales@victoriasessentials.com or by fax at (801) 795
5891. We recommend written placement of orders, as we bear no responsibility for
additional costs arising from verbal miscommunication.
2. Once an order is placed, a Proforma invoice will be sent via email, showing the total cost including shipping fees.
3. All products shipped internationally are subject to the country's rules and regulations.
4. Once an order has been filled and posted, cancellation of
any order may incur a 20% restocking fee (typically after 24
hours).
5. Due to the volatile nature of the Essential
Oils market, price commitment is made on the placement of order only. Any
discrepencies will be advised prior to shipment.
PAYMENT METHODS
1. A proforma invoice will be emailed on placement of order. All orders must be paid in advance of
shipping.
2. We accept Visa and MasterCard, which is processed via the secure Worldpay system in the nominated currency.
3. Other forms of payment may be arranged by emailing us at sales@victoriasessentials.com.
TAXES
Orders from U.S.A. and Canada do not incurr taxes.
SHIPPING
1. All shipping will originate from our head office in Melbourne, Australia.
2. We currently ship via Australia Post Express Post International globally. Victoria's Essentials will not be responsible for any delay in shipping due to Australia Post circumstances.
3. Some Essential Oils are classified as volitile and therefore cannot be shipped by Air. We have taken care to avoid supplying these Essentials Oils.
4. All orders must be checked within 24 hours of
receipt so that any discrepancies may be addressed.
5. Back Orders cannot be accepted. Although rare, out of stock items must be re-ordered.
RETURN POLICY
1. We have a 100%
Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within two weeks of
receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping
charges), if returned intact.
2. Returns authorized beyond the two week period will be assessed a 20%
restocking fee.
3. If an error has been made on a written order, we will gladly pay for
re-shipment.
4. All product returns require an authorization number.
5. All products must be returned in the original packaging and be in
saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited.
